Charlotte M. Pacheco

Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Marion (Lemieux) Jovin.

A graduate of Warren High School, Charlotte worked as Assistant to the Special Education Teacher’s at Liberty St., Main St., and Joyce St. Schools for years and as a Custodian at Hughcole School for 9 years.

A former swimming instructor, she was a lover of all animals and enjoyed travelling to Canada to visit family.

Charlotte is survived by one son, William J. Pacheco, Jr. of Warren; one grandson, Andrew Pacheco of CA; one sister, Claire Jovin; two sister in laws, Carol Berg and her husband Carl of Warren and Priscilla Noble and her husband Alfred of NV; one brother-in-law, Richard Pacheco and his wife Karen of Bristol as well as her best friend, Betty Wallace of Warren. She was the mother of the late James and Charles Pacheco and sister of the late Florence Travers, Erma Arelle, Dora Francis and Robert, Raymon, Lucian, Marcell and Eudore Jovin.
