Elena A. Balasco Moura

85 yrs. old a former resident of Barrington died Saturday October 23, 2010 in Gallatin TN. Born in Providence she was a daughter of the late Giuseppe and Nancy (Perolli) Balasco. She was the wife of the late Manuel “ Jim” Moura.

Elena worked for PF Industries in Bristol and also for Vienna Bakery in Barrington. She was a lifetime member and Past commander of the VFW Post 122

She is survived by a son Joseph Moura and his wife Patricia of Gallatin TN. Grandmother of Bethany Moura of Cumberland, Ryan Moura and his wife Mandy and their daughter Aliah and son Devin of Portland TN. and Nicholas Moura and grandaughter Jordan Moura of Gallatin TN.

She was also the sister of Evelyn Dorsi of Coventry, Robert Balasco and his wife Betty and David Balasco and his wife Linda, sister in law of Evelyn Balasco all of Barrington. She also had many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph Balasco.

Her Funeral will be Thursday at 8 am from WILBUR-ROMANO Funeral Home 615 Main St. Warren with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 am in Holy Angels Church 341 Maple Avenue, Barrington. Burial will be in Santa Maria del Campo Cemetery.

VISITATION WEDNESDAY 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Elena’s memory to Sumner Hospice 510 East Main Street, Gallatin, TN 37066.
