Young, Phyllis J., 90, passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2015. She was the wife of the late Charles I. Young. Born in North Hampton, MA she was a daughter of the late George and Jessie May (Witherall) Mooney.
Mrs. Young is survived by her two daughters, Karen Lanterman and Dawn Hawkins and her brother Bill Young.
