Born in Bristol, a son of the late Edward and Josephine (White) Marshall, he was a lifelong resident of the area.
A Veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Vietnam War, Ron had earned a Purple Heart and Bronze Star. He was very involved with the Providence Veteran’s Administration. Known as the community handyman in Hanley Farm, he was always willing to lend a hand anyone who needed something fixed.
In addition to his wife he is survived by: three children, Bradley, Amanda and Christina Marshall; step-son, Andrew Pache and his wife Tiffany; four grandchildren, Patrick and Tom Perry, Olivia and Claudia Marshall; three brothers, Robert, Richard and John Marshall and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Edward Marshall and Catherine Andrews.
His Funeral Service will be held Monday, February 19, 2024 at 10:00 AM in Wilbur-Romano Funeral Home, 315 Main Street, Warren. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited.
