Also survived by cousins, Lise Courtney Howe of Bethesda, MD, Alexander D'Amico of New York, NY; and Lise Courtney D'Amico of Bethesda, MD; nieces, Julia Howe of Los Angeles, CA, Madeleine Howe of Chevy Chase, MD and nephews, Christopher Howe and James Howe of Ashton, MD.
Memorial service will be held at St. Albans Little Sanctuary, 3001 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington, DC on Thursday, March 22, 2012 at 3 p.m. Interment to follow immediately. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Albans School or Princeton University, Varsity Football Program.
