Isabel Marie (Frommeyer) Shannon, 95, of Georgetown. Devoted wife of the late James A. Shannon. Daughter of the late Joseph O. and Cecilia Frommeyer of Chambersburg, PA. Survived by loving cousins. Community organizer, tireless volunteer, airplane pilot, docent at the Air and Space Museum, avid traveler, patron of the orchestra and ballet. Viewing 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on January 5, Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 2712 Dunbarton St., Georgetown. Burial will be private.
