

She was a professor, volunteer, and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, friend and colleague.
Judy is survived by her sons, Paul (Aimee) and Steven (Müge); grandsons Adam (Megan), Lonnie (Bonnie), Jared (Brittany) and Deniz; great-granddaughters Layla, Eleanor, Abigail and Natalie; step-sons Eric, Bruce (Catherine) and David Fallick; and step-grandchildren Jeremy (Emily), Emily and Charlotte. Judith was predeceased by her husband Alan Fallick and brother Arnold Stillman.
Judy was born February 3, 1934, in Philadelphia, PA to her parents Claire and Sam Stillman. Judy was a graduate of Temple University where she received her teaching degree. She went on to earn her MA and PhD degrees while enjoying a distinguished 40-year career at West Chester University, including department chair and interim dean of the School of Education. In the late 1990s, she established and ran the WCU Educational Entrepreneurship and Excellence (3E) Institute. In 2022, she was named as one of the 150 Most Influential Women of West Chester University.
Judy was politically active and passionate about voting and women’s rights and continued volunteering to register voters throughout most of her life. In recent years, she volunteered at the Jewish Museum in Philadelphia, where she developed and ran the internship program for college students.
In lieu of flowers, Judy would wish that you donate to the Harris/Walz campaign to elect the first woman president of the United States – or to the charity of your choice.
