Of Washington, on Monday January 25, 2016, following a brief illness, beloved wife of the late Sterling Lee, loving mother of Mark Crawford (Jean), Jane Webster (Graham), Maura Blomquist, Anne Collins (James), Suzanne Crawford, John Crawford, and Peter Crawford, and step-mother of Kathryn Wilson (Leonard), Frederic Lee (Ruth), deceased, and John Lee; sister of the Hon. John H. Moore (Virginia), deceased, Kathleen Tastet (Robert) and brother James G. Moore (Dale). She is survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, John F. Moore and Margaret S. Moore, and her first husband, John L. Crawford. The Family will receive friends on Sunday, January 31, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Joseph Gawler’s Sons, 5130 Wisconsin Ave. NW. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 1, at 11:00 a.m. at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament, 3630 Quesada St. NW. Interment will be at a later date in Islesboro, Maine.
