Annette Boyle

Annette Boyle, 83, of the Town of Wallkill, NY entered into rest with her family at her side on Wednesday, February 10, 2011 at O.R.M.C. She was 83. The daughter of Alessio Economico & Josephine Lanzano, she was born on March 28, 1927 in the Bronx, NY.

She belonged to the VFW Post #8691 Woman’s Auxiliary. Annette was a teacher with Lighthouse International and dedicated her life to teaching handicapped children.

She loved cruises and the bus trips with the Blooming Grove Seniors. Annette was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly. She will be missed by all.

She was the wife of Arthur Boyle, who survives her at home in the Town of Wallkill, NY; her daughter, Lydia and husband, Nicholas Ferrara of Washingtonville; brothers, Jimmy and wife, Diane Economico of Las Vegas, NV, Anthony and wife, Katie Economico of Yonkers, NY; sister, Josie Kellerman of Hopewell Jct., NY; grandchildren: Nicole and husband, Joseph Rubino of Washingtonville, Tiffany Ferrara; great grandson, Sebastian Rubino, also many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15 at the David T. Ferguson Funeral Home, 20 North St., Washingtonville, NY. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, February 16 at St. Joseph’s Church in Middletown. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Washingtonville.
