Franklin A. Lucia of Blooming Grove, died October 16, 2010.

Son of the late Frank and Josephine Lucia, he was born May 12, 1943 in Brooklyn.

Survivors include his loving wife of 26 years, Rose Lucia; his daughter, Kathy Salinas and her husband, Michael; his son, Frank Lucia and his wife, Leigh Ann; his stepson, Patrick Sylvestre and his wife, Deidre; his stepdaughter, Shawna Sylvestre and her husband, Christopher Sgroe; eight beautiful grandchildren: Devin, Giana, Anthony, Alexander, Daniel, Monica, Kathleen, and Lily, and Olevene and Robert Hammarquist, as well as his mother and father-in-law.

A family statement reads: "He was a wonderful and loving husband, father and Pop Pop, and he will be dearly missed."

Cremation was private.
