He was an awesome person to know!!  Amazing uncle! Friend to all.  Joe always had a smile.  He lived life to its fullest!

I would like to say to joes family i am  very  sorry for his passing he was like a big brother to me i looked up to him a lot we use to ride 3 wheelers and snow mobiles together i loved him for that cus  it was all his and he always let me ride wenever i wanted.  to a kid thats a big thing me and joe did alote together i know i haven't  talked to joe in years but i thought about him sometimes he was a good friend and he will be sadly missed rip

Although you are not with us anymore, you will always be in my heart. I will always remember your smiling face.
I remember one time when you surprised me with your phone call. You wanted to meet for lunch and you brought me an old refrigerator from your family shed that you knew I could possibly use. You put it on your truck and brought it  over to my apartment. With another guy's help, you dragged that heavy refrigerator up two flights of a tight staircase. You were strong, big-hearted young men.

I also remember walking my dog with you at night. You loved dogs! We sat on the bleachers at the high school's football field and you said that it was a nice night, a lot of stars. I did not expect that gentleness from you , but then I realized that, although you appear to be a tough and masculine guy, in truth, you are very sensitive. 

Those were nice times I spent with you, that I want to thank you for.  In the future, when I look up at a star-studded night sky, I will know that you are there watching from above.

Dear Joann, Jack and Joe's wonderful family, I am very sorry that Joe has passed away. My words are not sufficient to express my sorrow. We do not know how much time we are given on the Earth. He will never be forgotten. May his soul rest in peace. 
Sincere condolences.

Growing up in on birch drive and seeing Joey every day. Lots of childhood memories hanging out with him.  He used to love to throw snow balls at me and had pretty good aim. 
Him and some of the other kids made me who I am today. One min they were chasing me, the next they were trying to kiss me. My entire childhood I loved Joe, gary and all the kids in our hood. I was such a Tom boy and always wanted to be one of the guys.  Many many fond memories. So sad that he has passed so young. My heart goes out to his family.  I have not seen him in years but often think of him and I playing flashlight tag.  
He was like the brother I never had. May he rest in peace

We were close childhood friends.  Although it's been a long time since I've seen Joe, I've thought of him often and will never forget him.  He was a good friend, and I miss him.  I'm sorry we never reconnected.

My heart goes out to the family.  As a kid, we spent as much time at your house as our own.  You were always very good to us and made us feel at home.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

I am so sad to say goodbye to my cousin, Joe. We spent every Christmas and Easter together throughout childhood, and I have really fond memories of that time. My heart is heavy for Aunt Joann and Uncle Jack. Love you.

I knew Joe since grade school.  I never remember seeing him when he was not smiling.  He was far to young to leave us.  I feel pretty terrible today.  So sorry to his family.  He will be missed.

Dear Jack and Joann,
     I am deeply sorry for your loss! While it has been nearly twenty-five years, Joe and I had some memorable times together. When we were kids, we played, laughed, and fought. We used to meet at the stone dock in Beaver-Dam Lake to go fishing after school. Nevertheless, when the two of us got together, you could almost bet on the fact that we would get into some trouble. Joe would say that it was Barone's fault, and I would tell my mother that it was Joe's fault.  I remember when we hopped on the back of a UPS Truck because we were tired of walking; going down the road, we thought that it was the coolest thing in the world.
  
     There is nothing I can say that will lessen your loss and please know Joe will be in my prayers.

To Joe,
     Thank You! Thank you for the times that we shared. Most importantly, thank you for being a friend. Rest in Peace my brother! I will see you again.

I was raised in a magic time, in a magic neighborhood, among great friends.  Leading the pack was our friend Joe.  Childhood Memories never fade away, the good old days growing up in Beaverdam

We use to race across the lake during winter season on his snowmobile, during the summer we use to swim to a small island, run across the train bridge to hike in the mountains, we played hockey on the small pond just up the street in the woods from his family home, from elementary school at Lee Road to the countless adventures we had.

I still remember the day his Big brother had chased him around the house with hair clippers, swimming in the family pool, we had some great times. Joe was a friend who treated my dad with the utmost respect that even my old man would always tell me when he saw Joe.

The truth of life is that every day we get farther away from the essence that is born within us, but the one thing we can hold true is friendship.  Thank you Joe for being that big brother I didn't have, watching over us, thank you for being a great friend.  

Today I actually cried, it's been a long time but I'll never forget.  My prayers are with you my friend, and your wonderful family.

RIP Joe.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.
