Josephine " JoJo" F. Love

Josephine "Jo Jo" Love, a former long time Blooming Grove resident, passed away Friday, September 30, 2011 at her home in Fort Myers, FL. She was 72. Born on Dec. 3 1938 in Brooklyn NY, she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. In her younger years, Josephine was an accomplished bowler and participated in many bowling leagues and tournaments. Her greatest joy was spending time with family and friends! She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Robert F. Love; her parents, Thomas and Margaret Cunnane; sisters, Patricia Donnelly and Joan Ecock; and brother, Thomas Cunnane. She is survived by children, Robert F Love II of Palm Coast, FL; Christopher M. Love and his wife, Christine of Cornwall, NY; Laura A. Love of Highland, NY; sisters, Anne Chevillet of Indian River, MI and Mary Florio of Sarasota, FL, and brother, Michael Cunnane of Massapequa, NY. Mrs Love also leaves behind seven grandchildren whom she adored: Christopher, Connor, Chloe, Bobby, Danielle, Olivia, and Jack. A wake will be held at Ferguson Funeral Home in Washingtonville on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass will follow on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Washingtonville.
