Charlotte Lee Plumb, 82, died Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Oak Grove Manor in Waynesboro.
Born June 25, 1938, Charlotte was the daughter of the late Charles Lee Plumb and Nellie Grant Plumb. Charlotte lived her entire life in Waynesboro and was a graduate of Waynesboro High School. She was also a member of First Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Charlotte was preceded in death by her brother Harold. Surviving are several cousins, including Velma Ryan who helped Charlotte with life over the past several years, and friends, including Steve Cash who promised Harold that he would look after Charlotte — and did.
A graveside service will be conducted by Pastor Barrett Owen at Riverview Cemetery at 11:00AM on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
Appreciation and thanks are extended to the staff at Oak Grove Manor for their care and attention to Charlotte.
