As a child, he was full of energy and happiness. He played any sport he possibly could and was always outside getting dirty. He attended Wilson Memorial High School, where he wrestled and was on the track team. He enjoyed spending time with his family, many outdoor activities and making people laugh. Chris's greatest passion in life was being a father. Those who were close to him knew it wouldn't be strange to walk into his house while him and his son were doing the hot dog dance from Mickey mouse clubhouse and he never missed a football game where his daughter was cheering. He will be missed by so many. Chris is lovingly remembered by his wife of 5 years Katey Duran; children, Christopher Jr. and Madison; siblings, Jennifer Shull, Jesse Austin and Andrew Austin; parents, Dwain and Cheryl Austin; ss well as his nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his pop, Joseph Juliano.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at 6:00pm at The Salvation Army of Waynesboro, 900 B. Street.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
