Cindy Lou Fisher Tidd

Born November 25, 1960 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of George Henry Fisher, Jr. and Emma Lou (Truslow) Fisher.

In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her family, crocheting and fishing.

Mrs. Tidd was preceded in death by her brothers, George Robert Fisher and Owen Lamb Fisher; sisters-in-law, Diane Marie Fisher and Brenda Campbell; as well as special niece, Kristy Liptrap.

In addition to her parents, survivors include her two sons, Jason Tidd and wife Ramona of Stuarts Draft and Jeremy Tidd and wife Diana of Waynesboro; four grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ann Lam and Jeffery Bennett of Waynesboro and Charlotte D. Fisher and Billy Wolfe of Fishersville and special friend, Jimmy Mays of Stuarts Draft.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, August 4, 2011 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main Street, with Pastor Matthew Coiner officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at the funeral home.
