Connie Melvin Proulex

Born February 21, 1944 in Wise County, VA he was the son of the late Herbie Proulex and Bonnie Proulex Doss.

Connie was employed by the former Rocco Company in Dayton where he worked for 10 faithful years. He was a U.S. Army veteran having served his country honorably while completing two tours of duty in Germany. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and watching football and racing. He will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Rae Proulex.

Connie is survived by his loving daughter, Jennifer Keyes of Waynesboro; special friend, Pat; grandchildren, Nathaniel, Destiny and Dhayd Keyes; the father of his grandchildren and friend, William Keyes; sister-in-law, JoAnn Wagstaff and husband, Bob of Pittsburgh, PA.

Following cremation, there will be no formal visitation or services.

The family would live to give a special heartfelt thank you to his sister-in-law, JoAnn for her love and support at this time.
