Glenn Miller

Born October 9, 1940 in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late Orel L. and Mary N. (Collins) Miller and preceded in death by sisters, Carolyn Miller, and Glenda Rowe.

He was a Renaissance man who found joy in being in the beauty of nature and working outside.

Survivors include his loving wife of 50 years, Kathryn Miller of Lisbon, Md.; daughter, Ashley Miller of Baltimore, Md.; sister, Joyce Disharoon (Robert) of Naples, Fla.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016, at Augusta Memorial Park with Pastor Todd Crowder officiating. Pallbearers will be Robert Disharoon, Bryce Keister, Brandon Keister, Kenneth Miller, Larry Collins and Darrell Bolton.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St.
