Jewell "MeMaw" Lee Craig "MeMaw"

Born February 4, 1927 in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late George Lee and Lottie Mae (Roberts) Snead.

Sister Jewell was a faithful member of Aero Drive Church of God, Waynesboro. She was fully devoted to God and a faithful prayer warrior for her family and friends. She will be sorely missed by her church family who knew her as “MeMaw”. Spending time with her family was one of her greatest joys in life followed by: cooking, gardening, designing silk flower arrangements, painting and crocheting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Davis Craig; two daughters, Dreama Darlene (Craig) Earhart Czerotzki and Cheryl “Peachie” A. (Craig) Snead; brother, Aubrey “Petie” Snead; sister, Barbara “Bobbi” Shifflett; infant sister and brother.

Survivors include her loving children, Shirley J. (Craig) Cason and husband, Robert, and son, Eddie D. Craig, II; grandchildren, Misti D. Pugliese and husband, Tony, Angela L. Earhart, Randy Snead and wife, Donna, Artie R. Cason and wife, Jacque, Chas L. Shrewsberry, Jamie D. Snead and Ellie M. Pugliese and husband, Gino; great grandchildren, Luciano, Sara, Roberto, Catie, Julietta, Benjamen, Tiffany, Carrie, Brooke, Giuliana, Armani, and two great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Vickie Snead; as well as many special nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, March 31, 2014 at Aero Drive Church of God with Pastor D.W. Hines and Brother Dale Raynes officiating.

Active pallbearers will be Tony Pugliese, Gino Pugliese, Artie Cason, Luciano Pugliese, Randy Snead, Jamie Snead, Benjamen Shrewsberry, Roberto Pugliese and Marco Pugliese.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Sunday, March 30, 2014 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes.
