Merry Carol McComas

Sudie was born in Harrisonburg, VA to Margaret (Price) Earman and John Earman on December 25th, 1940. Sudie spent over 20 years as an employee of United Servo Hydraulics Inc, retiring from the shipping department. Sudie loved to shop and browse Facebook, and enjoyed trips to the beach, Nags Head being her favorite. She also adored her family and her church. She was a faithful member of Bridge Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, Sudie was preceded in death by her sons, Michael Wayne Roadcap, Tony Allen Roadcap; a brother, John Earman; and a sister, Linda Hunt.

Sudie is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Tom McComas of Waynesboro; her daughter, Donna R. Miller and husband Randy of Waynesboro; her grandchildren, Tracie Horne and husband Todd, Marcus Hevener, Jonathan Sims and Charlotte Roadcap. She is also survived by her great grandchildren, Cole Horne, Emma Horne, and Parker Hevener; as well as her sister, Pat Hensley; her niece Lori Taylor and husband Andrew; and nephew, Chris Hensley and wife Jennifer.

A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, April 4th, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Augusta Memorial Park with Pastor Stacey Burkholder officiating.
