

Ronald Edward Terrell, 77, of 1824 3rd Street, passed away at 11:09 AM Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at his residence.
He was born May 18, 1937 in Waynesboro a son of the late Edward B. and Genevieve Irene Arnold Terrell.
He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from the City of Waynesboro.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Douglas Terrell and a step-son, Christopher Roadcap.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Terrell, son; Christopher Terrell and wife Nicole of Broadway, step-son, Roger Roadcap of Crimora, step-daughters: Tammy Terrell of Crimora, Debbie Crum and husband Gary of Fishersville, step-son, Kenny Roadcap of Grottoes, two grandsons; Timothy Roadcap and wife Rosemary, Parker Terrell, great-grandson, Gianni Roadcap, two great-granddaughters; Camila Roadcap, Alexis Truslow, a sister, Marjorie Salazar and husband Armado, a brother, Gerald Terrell and wife Deborah, and one aunt, Gerry O’Brien.
He also leaves his beloved dog and best friend, “Lily”, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, February 16, 2015 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes with Pastor Heath Spivey officiating.
Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery with military rites by American Legion Post 340.
Active pallbearers will be family members.
The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
