

Born November 2, 1962 in Waynesboro, he was the son of the late Theodore Roosevelt and Gloria Jean (Bryan) Fisher.
Steven had currently been employed with Daikin Applied in Verona where he worked as a forklift operator and in previous years had worked for American Safety Razor. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his granddaughter. Those closest to him knew him as an avid Miami Dolphins fan, someone who enjoyed hunting and riding motorcycles and playing with his English bulldog, Theodore. He will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather and brother.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Daniel Hansen.
Survivors include his loving wife of 19 years, Nancy Ann Fisher; son, Edward Joseph Hansen of Waynesboro; granddaughter, Lynnea Sky Hansen; brother, Randall Scott Fisher and wife, Melisa of Waynesboro; niece, Ashley (Fisher) Sherman; nephew, Joshua Fisher; as well as a number of cousins; special aunt and uncle, Uncle Root and Aunt Fannie.
The 167th Club tragically lost its first member. Rocky is also survived by special friends who are the remaining members of the 167th Club, Richard “Skeeter” Brown, Keith “Toad” Burnett and Ronnie “Hog Head” Hoffman.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Riverview Cemetery. Those who plan to attend the service are asked to meet at the funeral home no later than 10:30 a.m. on Thursday to go in procession to the cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Scott Furr, Joe Humphreys, Larry Stullenburg, Berry Watson, Keith Burnett, Ricky Brown and Ronnie Hoffman.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St.
