
Born January 10, 1955 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of the late Benjamin F. and Celia (Dumont) Pringle.
Susan was a lung cancer survivor who had a strong faith in God and attended church faithfully until her illness. As an avid NASCAR fan, Richard Petty was her favorite driver and later she rooted for Denny Hamlin. Susan was a lover of all animals, especially her cat, Sammie. She enjoyed cheering on the Washington Redskins when they played and listening to Elvis Presley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Meadows.
Survivors include her children Keith Meadows and wife, Christal, Aaron Moore and fiancé, Jennifher and Karen Meadows; grandchildren, Joshua Meadows, Justin Meadows and Malachi Moore; siblings, Mike Pringle, Benny Pringle, James Pringle and Leslie Brown; special friends, Patsy and Cecil Lawson, Morgan Elizabeth Baker and Amanda Winegar; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Waynesboro Chapel of Reynolds Hamrick Funeral Homes, 618 W. Main St., with Rev. Dee Flory officiating. Burial will follow in Augusta Memorial Park.
Active pallbearers will be Matt Hewitt, Justin Hewitt, Brett Jenkins, James Bryant, Warren Wood and Robert Wood.
The family will receive friends 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the funeral home.
