Thomas Douglas Nicholls

He was born March 23, 1946, the son of the late John Douglas and Dorothy (Lampron) Nicholls.

Tom was employed by Daikin as an Engineer and was a member of Shenandoah Heights Baptist Church in Waynesboro where he served as a Deacon.

In his spare time he enjoyed cutting wood, spending time with his grandchildren, gardening and church activities.

Survivors include his loving wife of 29 years, Carolyn R. (Gray) Nicholls; sons, Jason Nicholls and wife Leslie, Aaron Nicholls, Marcus Waugh, Adam Dameron; daughter, Edrenna Spradlin , Rebecca Zullig and husband Justin, Alyssa Ward and husband Bandon; brother, Raymond Nicholls and wife Judi; sister, Denise Panzera-Kline and husband Larry as well as nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.

Following a private burial, a memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2025 at Shenandoah Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Paul Laprevotte officiating.

There will be no public viewing or visitation at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Missionary Fund of Shenandoah Heights Baptist Church, 901 Shenandoah Ave., Waynesboro, Va. 22980.
