She was born Thursday, June 22, 1939 in Waynesburg, PA. A daughter of the late Luther Thomas Phillips and Effa Amelia Lemley Phillips.
She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, in Waynesburg. She enjoyed baking, cooking, reading, country music, and bird watching. Maralou was a loving homemaker.
She is survived by her Husband: Harry Wesley Kent.
Also surviving are 2 Daughters: Debbie (John) Stewart, of Waynesburg, PA., and Amelia (Rick) Teagarden of Marysville, Ohio, 1 Granddaughter: Amy Amelia Teagarden of Fairmont, WV.
