Jessie Mae Morris

She was born September 8, 1945 in Waynesburg, a daughter of the late Riley Blouir and Mae Tennant Blouir.

Mrs. Morris had been employed by K-Mart, Presbyterian Day Care, and Greenway Manufacturing. For 17 years she worked in maintenance and housekeeping at Waynesburg College.

She enjoyed many hobbies such as quilting, painting, and adult coloring books. She also enjoyed taking care of her wild life friends and birds; and most of all her dog, “Buddy”.

Surviving are her husband of 51 years, Allan R. Morris; one son, Randy Morris and his wife Linda of Jefferson; two daughters, Roxie Mae Furlong and husband Dave of Coal Center and Janie Ann Clark and husband Scotty of Rices Landing; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are 7 brothers, George, Allen, Richard, Ronnie, Patrick, Harry, and John Blouir; 4 sisters, Linda Miller, Susie Rodgers, Becky Guesman, and Cindy Blouir.

Deceased is a son, Billy Allan Morris.

At the request of the deceased there will be no public viewing or services.
