Betty Sue Rathbone Fowler Betty Sue Rathbone Fowler, 71, Waynesville, passed away Wednesday, July 27, 2016. She is preceded in death by brother, Alan Rathbone. Survived by her children, Melvin (Danielle) Smith, Avery (Karen) Haney, and Mary Ann Parker; sisters, Martha Conard and Nancy Henson; many grandchildren; and special friends, Donna Walker and Jenn McGaha. Memorial Service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Garrett Funeral Home. Betty will be missed and loved by many.
