Gladys Nations Holder Waynesville, NC - Gladys Nations Holder, 84, went to be with the Lord on December 24, 2014. She was born in Bryson City, NC on November 11, 1930. Gladys was a long time member and Sunday school teacher at Hazelwood Baptist Church. She also was the housekeeping supervisor for many years at the Terrace hotel at Lake Junaluska. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jerry and Bessie Nations; husband, James Ernest Holder; four sisters; Jessie, Pearl, Maybelle, and Frankie, and four brothers, Ed, Clyde, Robert, and Hoover. Survivors include her son, David Holder and his wife Amanda; step granddaughter, Makenzie Dendy. Funeral Services will be held at Hazelwood Baptist Church on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at 2 PM with the Reverend Tim Lolley officiating.
