Mrs. Rosilynne J. Frazier Rukes

RUKES, Rosilynne J. (nee Frazier), 86, of Webster Groves, MO on Monday, July 18, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Russell Dwight Rukes; loving mother of Cynthia (Michael) Provance; dear grandmother of Jonathan Provance; dear great-grandmother of Ozzie Provance; loving sister of Ann Carney; dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.

Rosilynne grew up in Oklahoma, lived in Springfield, Missouri, and moved to Oklahoma City, prior to moving to Webster Groves. She was an avid volunteer in the communities in which she lived. She tutored and taught English as a second language. She was also a hospital volunteer. Since moving to Webster Groves, she was a proud member of the First United Methodist Church.

SERVICES: Memorial Service 10 am Friday, July 22, 2011 at First United Methodist Church of Webster Groves 600 N. Bompart, Webster Groves, MO 63119. Interment, 1:00 p.m., Monday July 25, 2011. National Cemetery in Springfield, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the church or charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements under the direction of Gerber Chapel, Webster Groves, Missouri.
