She was born to her late parents, Elmer and Ruth Guillory on December 28, 1944 in Welsh, LA. She was retired from the State with The Office of Welfare Family Security. Some of her hobbies included: fishing, painting, gardening, and she loved the beach and water. Nadine also enjoyed cooking for her family and making sure they were always fed. She absolutely adored her grandchildren, and they affectionately called her "Granny". Her life mission was to give her husband Robley a hard time, and she succeeded at that. She was loved by all who knew her, and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Robley Thibodeaux; two daughters, Desi Bruchhaus and husband Daniel of Elton, Robin Purvis and husband Chris of Baton Rouge; two sisters, Lynda Roberie and husband Leo of Lake Arthur, Diana Matlock and husband Paul of Spring, TX; four grandchildren, Erica Francis, Conner Zackery, Eason Guirard, Eden Guirard; along with four great-grandchildren, Nya Francis, Kaya Francis, Arianna Zackery, and Adaleigh Zackery.
A Memorial Service will be held at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:00am with Father Whitney Miller officiating. A Visitation will be held at the church prior to the church, beginning at 10:00am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Bon Pasteur Cemetery in Welsh.
