Altagracia "Tati" Quiroz Alejandro

Altagracia “Tati” Quiroz Alejandro passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. She was a woman whose warmth, laughter, and compassionate spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Tati dedicated 40 years of her life to serving others as a registered nurse, a profession she truly loved. Her patients and colleagues alike remember her as deeply caring, gentle, and empathetic—a natural healer whose kindness extended far beyond her work.

She found her greatest joy in her family. Tati loved bringing everyone together, especially during the holidays, where her laughter, dancing, and vibrant energy filled every room. She enjoyed shopping, sharing moments over red wine and margaritas, and spending time with her beloved dog, Patches.

Tati is survived by her children: Mario Quiroz (Cristie Quiroz), Maria Quiroz Saenz (Mario Saenz), Cristina Gonzalez, and Rene Jose Alejandro. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren: Thomas Trinidad Quiroz, Mario Sebastian Quiroz, Angela Marianna Quiroz, Dianna Altagracia Saenz, Sofia Andrea Quiroz, Deseray Prieto, Alexis Gonzalez, and Isabella Gonzalez, as well as her treasured great-grandson, Izakiah Lopez. She is further survived by three loving siblings.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Trinidad Quiroz; her second husband, Efrain Alejandro; her daughters, Marianna Quiroz and Christina Marie Alejandro; and eight siblings.

A visitation for Tati will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Highland in Weslaco, TX on Monday, April 6, 2026 from 12PM to 9PM with a rosary at 7PM. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 1PM (Church Pending). All services will conclude at the church.

Tati will be remembered for her joyful spirit, her unwavering love for her family, and her lifelong dedication to caring for others. Her legacy of kindness, strength, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
