Arturo Maldonado Mendez, age 76, of Elsa, Texas passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022. Arturo was born in Mexico.
A visitation for Arturo will be held Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 North Fm 88, Weslaco, Texas 78596. A funeral service will occur Monday, December 19, 2022 at 1:00 PM, followed by the interment at Highland Memorial Park.
