Benjamin is survived by his wife, Bertha Rodriguez; daughter Maria Rodriguez (Jose Maciel); daughter Nellie Rodriguez (Ramiro Montero); son Oscar Rodriguez; and son Guillermo Rodriguez (Elisa Rodriguez); mother Maria Del Carmen Martinez (Rogelio Martinez); 8 Sisters, 5 Brothers, 30 Grandchildren, 27 Great-Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.

Benjamin was preceded in death by; father Guillermo Rodriguez; sister Guillermna Rodriguez; brother Arturo Rodriguez and brother Anselmo Rodriguez; great-grandchildren (twins) Anthony and Antonio Barajas.

Visitation Services for Benjamin will be held Thursday, May 21, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Funeral Home located at 6705 N FM 88 in Weslaco, Texas .A Graveside Service will be held Friday, May 22, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco, TX.
