Danny was truly the life of the party. He lit up every room with his laughter and had a way of making everyone around him feel welcome and loved. With a big heart and a giving spirit, he was always ready to help others.
Danny was a proud Eagles fan who loved fishing and hunting, passions he missed dearly when his health no longer allowed him to enjoy them. Over the past three years, he faced countless procedures and hospital stays with courage and resilience. Through it all, he continued to pour his energy into his design work, creating and building with the same creativity and passion that defined him.
Nothing brought him more comfort than a bowl of his mom’s menudo, which he loved dearly. These small joys, along with the love of his family and friends, sustained him through difficult times.
Danny will be remembered for his laughter, his strength, and his enormous heart. Though his time here ended too soon, the memories he gave us will live on forever.
Forever loved, forever remembered.
He was a father and was deeply proud of his children: Daniel Banda III, Alexiah Jade Banda Juarez, Alejandro Banda, Kendra Lynn Garza, Haellie Danae Banda, and Daniel Jaeden Banda. Each of them carries pieces of him — his humor, his strength, his warmth — and through them, his spirit will continue to shine.
Daniel also leaves behind a large and loving family, including his siblings: Jose Adan Garza, Roberto Garza Jr., Annette Garza, Danielle Banda Reyna, Johanne Gonzalez, and Diego Murillo, and his mother Maria Elena Murillo (Jesus Murillo) and his father Daniel Banda Sr. (Ester Banda), along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were like family to him. His family also wants to extend a Thank You to his best friend, Sandra Ruiz. Who cared and watched over him through many of his medical battles.
A visitation for Daniel will occur Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 3PM - 10PM with a prayer service at 7PM. A second day of visitation will occur Sunday, September 7, 2025 from 9AM - 10PM with a eulogy reading at 7PM. A chapel service will occur Monday, September 8, 2025 at 10AM with a burial to follow. All services will occur at Funeraria del Angel Highland, 6705 FM 88, Weslaco, TX 78596.
Rest easy, Daniel. Keep riding, keep laughing, and know that you were — and always will be — deeply loved.
