Samuel is survived byhis parents; father Samuel Jeremiah Felix and mother Karina Mendoza.
A Family Visitation for Samuel will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Highland Funeral Home (6705 N FM 88 Weslaco,Texas 78596). A Public Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. A Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 10:00 AM followed with the Interment at Highland Memorial Park, Weslaco, TX.
