Kevin Peter Waugh, age 63, of Rialto, California passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021. Kevin was born August 8, 1958 in Waterbury, Connecticut.
A visitation for Kevin will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Sunrise Church Rialto, 2759 Ayala Drive, Rialto, CA 92377. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 2:15 PM to 2:45 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
