Phillip Michaels Martinez, age 42, of La Puente, California passed away on Thursday, August 12, 2021. Phillip was born February 13, 1979.
Phillip is survived by his mother Betty Rachel Martinez; his sister Felicia Matney, his sister Ofemia Martinez, his sister Rudie Hernandez, his sister Irene Martinez and his brother Manuel Martinez; his fiancée Lovella Asuncion.
