Michael Faber, 46, passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at his home. A Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at McLaren’s Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Michael was born in Milwaukee, WI the son of Diana Cravens and James Riley. He was adopted and raised by Betty Faber and graduated from high school in Colorado Springs, CO. He moved to Des Moines in 1997 and married Barbara Easler on July 25, 1998. Michael enjoyed cooking, doing crafts and going to craft shows, and loved the Chicago Bears.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Brad of Des Moines; mothers, Diana (Cravens) Morgan of Champaign, IL and Betty Faber of Colorado Springs, CO; two grandchildren, Jeremiah and Emma; half-brother, David Morgan and half-sister, Patty Moffit.
Memorials may be directed to the Epilepsy Society.
