Michael Paul Sarnecki, 68, passed away March 16th, 2026, peacefully at home. Mike was born December 29th, 1957, to Paul and Erma (Perry) Sarnecki in Des Moines. He graduated from Lincoln High School. Mike worked many years at Kings Delivery, Sysco, and Siegwerk. He was an avid Harley rider who went to Sturgis many times.
Mike is survived by his wife Sue; stepchildren, Cindy, Kaitlin, Lance and Brandon (Robin); sisters Debbie (Marco) Cioccio; niece and nephews, Andy and Paula; Diane Salinas; nephews Joe and A.J.; step grandchildren, Madolynne, Mackayla, Cierra, Elijah, and Ronin; great-nephew Sebastian and a host of dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Erma Sarnecki.
A Celebration of Life visitation will be held at McLaren’s Resthaven Chapel, 801 19th St, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265 on March 28th, 2026, from 5p-7p.
