

Natalie was born on June 20, 1923 in Omaha, NE. She worked at her family’s restaurant, The Mohanna Sanitary Café, in Omaha and attended St. John’s High School. She married Edward Nahas in 1948. Together they raised three children, Mary, John, and James in Des Moines and attended St. Augustin Catholic Church. Natalie enjoyed singing, dancing, playing cards, bingo, and traveling the world. She also loved spending time with her family. Her Catholic faith and Lebanese heritage were very important to her.
Natalie is survived by her daughter, Mary Farrage (George), sons John (Kathy) and James (Debra), grandchildren, Laura Low (Matt), Paul Nahas (Kate), Stephanie Graham (Neil), Theresa Farrage, Mark Farrage (Mandy), Michelle Stara (Scott), Joseph Nahas (Kelly), Jennifer Thomas (Paul), Melissa Fyfe (TJ), Elizabeth Nahas, 16 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and , nephews, loving caretakers, Ketrah and the Iowa Jewish Senior Life Center. A special thanks to Terry and Ruby for their love and support over the years and for always taking care of Natalie.
She is proceeded in death by her parents, Tofiek and Elizabeth, brothers Edward and Charlie, and husband Edward.
