Constance Swain Morrissette

In her earlier years, Connie was an avid golfer and member of the Willimantic Country Club. She enjoyed living the community life at Glenn Ridge in Storrs for the past 20 years. Connie went to UCONN and in later years earned her realtor’s license and worked for Ferrigno Storrs. Connie is also remembered by many from her job as a teacher’s aide at Mansfield Middle School. She leaves a large family of loved ones to carry on her legacy.

Children, Leslie Mullen and Barry who provided Connie with a loving home for the last year of her life on Cape Cod. Karen Southwick and Scott Collar, Ted Morrissette and Melanie. Grandchildren: Torin Mullen and Jillian, Jessie Gartland and Josh, Ashley Schwerdt and Jeff, Nicole Mullen and Rory Manning, Courtney Southwick and Toby Lloyd, Tyler Southwick and Abby Delaney, Kate Kapura and Ian, Brenden Morrissette, Riley Morrissette, Lisa Novack and Tommy Novack. Great Grandchildren, Kealahn Mullen, Annabelle Mullen, Jack Lloyd and Emma Kapura. Connie also leaves behind a loving sister in law and friend Betty Lowell and a multitude of nieces and nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Donald Francis Morrissette, her parents, Walter D. and Jessie Lowell, brother Walter A. Lowell and sister Geraldine D. Zeni. A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family.
