You and grandma said that Chris was an angel that God let us borrow for a short time, but so were you.  Missing you and missing you more.

As one of Chris' good friends, I spent many days and years at the Verschoore house. When I think of Mr. V. I see a very caring and kind man - Always a pleasure to be with. He will be missed but is now by his wife and Chris.

The longer I'm on this earth, it seems like Heaven is gaining too many of the good folk. As Chris' best friend, I knew "Mr. V" as the kind eccentric chap who loved to collect things like fine wine, vintage Jaguars, and yachts. He could also cook a duck like no one can. Thank you for making possible so many priceless memories Mr. V. Take good care of Mrs. V and Chris, like you always have.

Maurie will be missed by all our bridge group.  He always brought out the good in everyone.

Maurie will be missed. His humor, his Bridge playing, his love of Zhu Zhu, his unending musical updates and finds for us. He was so uplifting and such a pleasure!!!

Rest in peace Morry. You will be missed but you are now with your family. Much love, Krissy

Maurie was my friend.  He was a bright spot in my life.  He added joy and laughter, fun and companionship.  I miss him dearly.  All who knew him knew a great man; kind, loving, caring and so much fun to be around.  He was a sweetheart of a man.  My condolences to all who knew and loved him.
