BUTTS, Billie Jean Billie Jean Butts, 79, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at Serenity Hospice House in Morristown, TN. Billie was born June 17, 1938, in West Palm Beach, FL, to Ruic and Grace Raines. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and a faithful Christian. She is survived by three children, Darrin, Donna, and Rebecca; her beloved grand-children and great-grandchildren; and a host of family members and friends. Billie is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Butts; her son, Ricky; her parents; and a granddaughter. A Memorial Gathering will be held at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405, on Saturday, November 04, 2017, From 10:00AM to 12:00PM, with a celebration of life service at 12:00PM.
