Carlos moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in 1995 and is survived by his wife, Clara I. Baez; Daughters, Nellys Z. Baez, Dializ Baez, Maria Diaz, Margarita Diaz, Mariel Cedeno and Jasmin Cruz; Sons, Carlos and Clemente Baez; 14 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents Norberto and Zoraida Baez and his daughter, Milagros Carrion.
Friends may be received from 5:00-9:00PM, Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 5411 Okeechobee Blvd. West Palm Beach, FL 33417 with services at 7:00 PM at the Funeral Home.
