Frances Irene Usher Hartzog On the evening of March 13, 2016, Irene passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her family, on North Hutchinson Island, Florida. Irene was 92 years old. The viewing will be held on March 19, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. at Royal Palm Funeral Home, 5601 Greenwood Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida. The Funeral Service will follow at 3:30pm. An Interment will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
