

Joe was born on June 7, 1934 in Pawtucket, RI and moved to West Palm Beach in 1953. He proudly served in the US Airforce during the Korean War and later was a successful electrical contractor and owner of Bazinet Electric. Joe served as President of the National Electrical Contractors Association, was a member of the Knights of Columbus, fourth degree and was a parishioner of St. Luke’s Catholic Church.
In 1954, Joe met the true love of his life Josephine, at a St. Ann’s youth group social and they married in 1956. In 1989, Joe retired and spent his time working on his computer, playing golf, building and flying scale remote control airplanes, traveling with his wife and spending time with his family and friends. In 2003, Joe began his second “fun” career working for Enterprise Rent a Car where he spent 15 years as a Lead Driver.
He was predeceased by three of his children, Andrew, David and Alan. He is survived by his beloved wife Josephine, son Thomas, daughter Sandra Porceng (Kurt), granddaughter Tarin Bazinet, great granddaughter Taylor Saroka, great grandson Matthew Saroka and many nieces and nephews. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. He will be forever missed by all who knew him.
Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 4 PM to 7 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL HOME, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, May 19, 2023 at St. Luke's Catholic Church, 2892 S. Congress Avenue, Palm Springs, Fl 33461. An internment will be held at Queen of Peace Cemetery immediately following mass.
