Leonid “Lenny” Lelchuk, age 72, of West Palm Beach passed away on Wednesday, February 24th, 2021. Originally from Gomel, Belarus, Lenny moved to Almaty, Kazakhstan, where he met his wife and the love of his life. In 1992, they relocated to South Florida with their two children.
Of his many accomplishments, Lenny was best known as a beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother. In November 2020, Lenny had the joy of welcoming his second grandchild, Nina Paragona. Lenny enjoyed reading, art, sports and he most looked forward to visiting his daughter and grandchildren in Massachusetts. He was widely considered amongst those who had the privilege of knowing him as a kind and loving family man, completely devoted to his wife, children and grandchildren.
Lenny is survived by his wife of 40 years Natalya Lelchuk, son Artyom Lelchuk, daughter-in-law Alena Lelchuk, daughter Elena Lelchuk, son-in-law Joseph Paragona, grandchildren Julian Paragona, Nina Paragona, and his twin brothers Michael and Igor Lelchuk.
Services will be held on Sunday, February 28th at Royal Palm Funeral Home, 5601 Greenwood Avenue, West Palm Beach from 12-2pm. The family would like to express their utmost gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, and for the outpouring of support and condolences from the community.
