Nila Galan, 86, of West Palm Beach, Passed away on August 4, 2024. Nila was born in Puerto Rico to Antonio Bahamundi and Isidora Vega on September 26, 1937. She married Manuel Galan on January 25,1964 in New York city.
She is survived by her four daughters: Leticia Smith (Taylor, Natalia, Conor); Marta Scheele (L.J & Kristina); Michele Galan (Gianna); Diana Galan (Tootie & Bianca); 2 great granddaughters: Alexia & Alaya.
Nila is preceded in death by her parents; Antonio and Isidora Bahamundi; her spouse Manuel Galan.
A visitation for Nila will be held Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation, and Event Center, 6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. A funeral service will occur Monday, August 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Juliana Catholic Church, 4500 S Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach, FL 33405. A committal service will occur Monday, August 12, 2024 at 12:30 PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
Pallbearers will be : LJ Scheele, Conor Smith, Hector Perdigon, Larry Scheele, Mike Gonzalez and Paul Valdes.
She will be missed!
