Born in West Palm Beach, March 11, 1953, he was the son of the late Allen Donald and Geraldine (Iler) Dabney and was a graduate of Forest Hill High School.
William Owned and operated a lawn service for many years.
Surviving are his sisters: Donna and her husband Dan Fleenor, Peggy and her husband Ronald Appleton and Judy and her husband Greg Chase. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Williams Life will be held Thursday, August 14, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral, Cremation and Event Center, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
