Twila Lake

Twila was born April 14, 1929 in Garber, OK. Her parents were Edward and Emma (Bell) Crews. She married David Lake, April 6, 1946 in Pocahontas, AK and he preceded her in death February 9, 1994.

She was a factory line worker for Kex Manufacturing.

Twila is survived by 2 daughters; Linda Lake of Lexington, Ky, Freda (Gary) Treece of West Salem, IL, 3 sons; Clarence (Diane) Lake of Vancouver, WA, Jim (Rita) Lake of West Salem, IL, David (Helena) Lake of Michigan, 1 sister; Margie Lam of Oklahoma City, OK, 10 grandchildren; Wendy McGrew, Amy Lorenzo, Mark Lake, Brad Lake, Christy Morse, Tammy Robertson, David Lake, Jr., Mona Liendsley, Tony McAndrew, Jim McAndrew, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 brothers; Carter, Gene, Lee and Ed, 1 granddaughter and 1 great-granddaughter.

Funeral service will be Friday, March 22, 2013 at 12 noon at Long Prairie Primitive Baptist Church, west of West Salem, IL. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery in Parkersburg, IL. Visitation will be Friday, March 22, 2013 from 10:00AM until time of service at the church.
