Denise Danielle Soulliere

While surrounded by her loving family and friends, on March 19, 2025 at the age of 53. Beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend, passed away peacefully at the North Shore Hospice after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer.

She is survived by her loving husband Marc, and their two children, Carter (16) and Rose (10), who were the light of her world; and her cherished “kitten” Nala.

Denise leaves behind her mother, Helena Bondy, her father, Rick Bunning (predeceased); and Maria-Isabel Bunning (Murray), who remained a part of the family and is the mother of her half-sister Alexa Bunning; and Aunt Irene (Bob).

Denise’s vibrant spirit and warmth will also be remembered by her extended family, including her mother-in-law Suzanne Soulliere (late father-in-law Edmond), sisters-in-law Michele (Rob), Janice (Andy), Nicole (Joe), nieces, and nephews, as well as a wide circle of friends who loved her dearly.

Denise’s joy for life was infectious. Her strength, warmth, and unwavering love were felt by everyone who had the privilege to know her. She will be remembered not only for her resilience but for the way she made others feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Denise had a love for “fun” and an adventurous spirit. She built a successful career in Commercial Real Estate Leasing and was happiest when surrounded by her family and friends. She loved spending time in nature —mountain biking, snowboarding, running local trails, walking on the beach or simply sipping wine on a patio.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 13th, from 1:00–4:00 PM at The Wallace (125 Victory Ship Way, 3rd Floor, North Vancouver), where friends and loved ones are invited to gather and share memories.
